Veterinarians: Complete the referral form and upload any available medical records, laboratory results, imaging, or videos.
Personal Case Review
Every submission is reviewed by Dr. Rich to determine the most appropriate care pathway.
Care Pathway Recommendation
VIP or Virtual Neurology is recommended based on your patient's needs and the family's goals.
Payment & Scheduling
An email is sent with instructions for scheduling and payment.
